Article I: Sovereignty.

Both the United Blue Directorate and The Golden Horde are recognized as separate and sovereign bodies. This treaty however binding does not infringe upon that sovereignty.

Article II: Mutual Defence.

In the event of an unprovoked attack on either signatory it shall be considered obligatory for the remaining signatory to come to the aid (militarily or monetarily) of the attacked party unless otherwise informed by the attacked party. This treaty does not make obligatory the defence of either signatory should they enter a conflict as the aggressor.

Article II: Nonaggression and Information:

Both parties are expected to maintain a civil and respectful relationship with each other. This relationship makes impractical any act of aggression or espionage which might be made by either party towards their counterpart. This also implies that an open channel of information must be kept at all times, if either party should attain the knowledge of anything which may be considered harmful to their fellow signatories they should make every effort to make the other party aware as soon as humanly possible.

Article III: Termination

If either party sees fit to terminate this treaty 72 hours notice must be given in private before the official termination of the document. During the 72 hours a period of grace will ensue within which all aforementioned articles will remain active.
